About Reggie

Reggie Jones, LCSW, MSS, MLSP

Reggie Jones is a licensed clinical social worker, individual and group psychotherapist, organizational strategy consultant, and educator with experience at the intersection of mental health, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and organizational change.

She is the Founder and CEO of The Hedera Group, where she provides individual and group psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and organizational consultation to nonprofits, foundations, healthcare systems, and academic institutions. Her clinical practice is grounded in psychodynamic theory and is explicitly trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQ+ affirming.

Reggie previously served as Inaugural Associate Dean of Health and Wellness at Bryn Mawr College, and as Director of Counseling Services for sixteen years. She is an award-winning Part-time Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy & Practice and a faculty member at Bryn Mawr's Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute (NELI).
